 | I've been riding for decades and have worked with several instructors along the way. But none of them comes close to Theresa Denham. The methods she uses, the way she communicates with the student, and her positive energy combine to produce unbelievable harmony with and understanding of the horse that I never dreamed possible. Despite all the lessons I've had since childhood, plus all the reading and "theory" I have studied, Theresa's instruction surpasses it all.
Whether you want to show, or just become a better rider who is in harmony with your horse, I can't recommend Theresa enough. She has given me new-found confidence and understanding as a rider, plus a new love of my horses, and love of riding them. Barbara G.

Kadin is currently in training with Theresa. The horse I will be taking home is not the horse I brought to the ranch. Kadin is much improved and ready for the trail or the show ring. Theresa has taken care of his anxiety problems, gaits and collection issues. Theresa is an awesome trainer as well as a teacher. Because of her expertise in biomachanics, which she explains so you understand, I have learned to connect with my horse; therefore, I have become a better and more confident rider. Being involved in her clinics and taking lessons, I have more knowledge relating to my horse than I ever thought possible. Thank you Theresa.

| I learned so much from Theresa’s lessons about techniques that work with my mare Taffy, not against her, to build up a wonderful, trusting bond between the two of us. Taffy was only 4 years old and very unconfident when we started with Theresa. I had been riding for 25 years but had lost much of my confidence after some bad incidents with another horse so Theresa really had her work cut out for her. Now Taffy is an excellent trail horse, and I’m a better, more relaxed rider than I’ve ever been. Thank you, Theresa! I’ve taken many lessons before from other instructors, but your methods and your genuine support top anything I’ve experienced before. Donna Timmerman | |
| JUNIPER MEADOW RANCH & THERESA DENHAM CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO US BY A LOCAL FEED STORE EMPLOYEE.
WE HAVE HAD OUR GRANDDAUGHTERS HORSE BOARDED AT JUNIPER MEADOW SINCE MAY 2007. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING.
THEY SPECIALIZE IN TENNESSEE WALKING HORSES, HOWEVER THEY WERE WILLING TO TAKE ON A QUARTER HORSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AS WELL AS A LITTLE GIRL WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. THE TRAINING THAT SHE AND THE HORSE RECEIVED FROM BOTH THERESA DENHAM, AND ASHLEY DENHAM WAS BEYOND WHAT WE HAD EXPECTED. THERESA IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST AND SO HELPFUL WITH THE NATURE AND DEALINGS OF HORSE'S. WE CANT BELIEVE HOW REASSURING IT IS TO KNOW THAT OUR HORSE IS GETTING THE BEST OF CARE, EVEN WHEN WE ARE NOT PRESENT. WHEN I ASK MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO DESCRIBE THERESA DENHAM, SHE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY WITH, "SHE'S ONE TOUGH COOKIE", SO DON'T LET HER SMALL SIZE DECEIVE YOU(SHE MAY BE SMALL, BUT SHE IS TOUGH). WE COULD GO ON & ON THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO THE DEHMAN'S AND THEIR RANCH. JUST COME AND VISIT AND YOU WILL SEE! CAROLYN & REIEN

| | Our daugther was taking riding lessons with another instructor. She was constantly getting hurt and became fearful of horses. She loved them, but was tired of getting hurt. We met Ashley and Theresa and our daughter came out and watched a lesson. She wanted to try it again. Felicia took lessons from Theresa for a year. She became accomplished and was showing and trail riding. She also learned a lot of things about responsibility, self control and things that helped her after she moved out of our house.
